# Russian-speaking psychologist in the Netherlands

I'm Aleksandra Safronova, a psychologist and counsellor based in the Netherlands. I have personally gone through relocation and adaptation to life in a new country. I provide online psychological counselling in Russian.

I work with anxiety, relationships, self-esteem, life changes and the difficulties that often come with emigration.

The evaluation confirms the level of education. It is not a BIG registration or a licence for medical or psychotherapeutic practice: I provide psychological counselling.

## I have been through emigration too

I live in the Netherlands and went through relocation and adaptation to a new country myself.

Personal experience is no substitute for professional training, but it helps me understand what many of my clients are dealing with.

## Time zone and booking

Sessions are online only; I do not have an office. Counselling is not medical care: in an emergency in the Netherlands call 112.

You can come even if your request is not fully formed yet. In the first session we clarify where it makes sense to start. Sessions are conducted in Russian.
